Illayathalapathy Vijay Together A Song dancing with Kushboo

Vijay’s introductory song in Prabhu Deva’s Villu will actually see him dancing with Kushboo! The team of producer Arun Pandian and music director Devi Sri Prasad came together for a soft audio launch at a radio station on Sunday (Nov 14).The film is slated for a Pongal release.

Apparently, the filmmaker was originally keen on roping in Divya Spandana to do the item number, but the actress made it clear to him that she will not do a one-song act again.So, actress Khushboo, a confessed Vijay fan,was approached and the actress readily agreed to do the role.

That song will be the introductory song of Vijay which will surely be lapped up by his fans. Earlier, actresses like Shilpa Shetty, Meena, Nayanthara and Namitha had done one song appearances with Ilaya Thalapathy.

Vijay will play dual role (father and son) in the film “Villu”

After the super hit “Pokkiri” movie actor Vijay and Director Prabhudeva is planning to give another magical movie with their current project “Villu”. As already known the movie is inspired from the Hindi movie “Soldier” starring Bobby Deol and Priety Zinta in the lead. According to a source that the script suggests that Vijay will play dual role (father and son) in the film. The son will be the central character of the film that is out for clearing malicious charges made against his dad’s name. Actress Ranjitha is playing as a wife Vijay’s (Daddy) character. Actress Nayanthara the whopping Amount Rs.1.25crores

After the success of “Billa” and “Yaradi Nee Mohini”, Nayanthara had reportedly hiked her pay for a whopping 1crore for her forthcoming films “Aegan” with Ajith and Vijay for “Villu”. Currently Director Lingusamy is directing and producing a movie with “Paruthi Veeran” Karthi with Nayanthara as lead. According to a source that Lingusamy had agreed to pay the actress Rs.1.10crore even as her demand was Rs.1.25crores.

Illaithalapathi Vijay Returned from Switzerland

As reported that Vijay and his Villu crew was busy under lights with Director Prabhu Deva. The team Villu recently left Switzerland for shooting some song and stunt sequences. For the meantime Vijay’s father S.A.Chandrasekhar for his home banner V.V.Creations is directing and producing the film “Pandhyam” in which Nithin and Sathya playing the lead while Sindhu Tulani for a supporting role. The audio release is scheduled on 22nd of August.
